I believe that living a life of happiness and peace is correlated with learning skills to improve relationships, to validate our emotions without them running us, and to make decisions based on what we have control over. I am passionate about working with clients that would like to focus on emotion regulation, improving relationships with ourselves and others, overcoming divorce, faith crises and transitions, decreasing intrusive thoughts and increasing self love. These are the things that get me excited to come into work everyday.

I work with clients 14 and up in learning psychological flexibility, meaning to be mindful as we experience the joys in life while also developing skills and confidence in our ability to be resilient i.e. to have meaning and purpose during our life challenges. I feel learning this can be an incredibly empowering experience.
